Return & Exchange Policy for Cyanotype Kits

1. Returns and Exchanges of Cyanotype Kits of Proper Quality

1.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a cyanotype kit of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Consumer Protection.”

1.2. A return is possible only if the following conditions are met:
• the kit has not been used;
• chemical reagents have not been opened;
• the original packaging is intact;
• the item retains its original appearance and full set of components.

1.3. Returns should be sent to the following address:
Republic of Belarus, 231337, Ivye, Molodyozhnaya St., 25.

1.4. Return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are paid by the Buyer.


2. Returns and Exchanges of Cyanotype Kits of Improper Quality

2.1. A product is considered to be of improper quality if:
• the kit arrived damaged;
• components are missing;
• the chemical solution is unusable due to a manufacturing defect.

2.2. In case of receiving an item of improper quality, the Buyer is entitled to:
• an exchange for an identical item, or
• a full refund, in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Consumer Protection.”

2.3. To confirm the defect, the Buyer must send photos or videos of the item to: getko.cyan@gmail.com.

2.4. Requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days, after which the Buyer will be contacted regarding the resolution.

2.5. Return shipping costs for goods of improper quality are covered by the Seller.


3. Cases in Which Returns or Exchanges Are Not Possible

Returns or exchanges of cyanotype kits are not available if:
• chemical solutions have been opened or used;
• seals or packaging are damaged;
• the item has lost its original condition for reasons not related to a manufacturing defect;
• the kit was made according to an individual order.


4. Refund Procedure

4.1. Refunds are issued to the same bank card used for the original payment.

4.2. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4.3. To request a refund, the Buyer must send an email to getko.cyan@gmail.com containing:
• full name;
• order number;
• description of the reason for the return;
• photos or videos of the item.
