Public Offer Agreement

for the sale of goods by remote means

This document constitutes an official public offer (the “Offer”) made by Katsiaryna Hetko, a self-employed individual (hereinafter — the “Seller”), to any natural person (hereinafter — the “Buyer”) to enter into a distance sales agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

By placing an order on getko.cyan.com, the Buyer confirms acceptance of the terms of this Offer (acceptance).


1. General Provisions

1.1. The Seller operates as a self-employed individual under the Professional Income Tax (NPD) regime and conducts business in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

1.2. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree with this Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Return & Exchange Policy.

1.3. All texts, photographs, descriptions, characteristics, and other materials published on the Website are the intellectual property of the Seller and are protected by copyright law.


2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer cyanotype kits (the “Goods”), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and receive the Goods under the terms of this Offer.

2.2. Information about the Goods, pricing, composition of the kits, and delivery terms is provided on the Website.

2.3. All prices are listed in Belarusian rubles and include the Professional Income Tax (NPD).


3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer may place an order through the Website, via messaging services, or through any other communication channels provided by the Seller.

3.2. To place an order, the Buyer must provide the following information:
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Delivery address (for postal or courier delivery)

3.3. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Seller and successful payment (when online payment is used).


4. Payment for Goods

4.1. Payment is made online via bank card, payment system, or any other available method specified on the Website.

4.2. The Seller does not store the Buyer’s full card details. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment services.

4.3. Payment is considered completed when the funds are credited to the Seller’s account.


5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Delivery is carried out via postal services, courier services, or any other method specified on the Website.

5.2. Delivery cost and timelines depend on the method selected by the Buyer.

5.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.


6. Consumer Rights, Returns, and Exchanges

6.1. Issues related to returns and exchanges are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Consumer Protection” and the Return & Exchange Policy published on the Website.

6.2. Return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that:
• the item has not been used;
• chemical solutions inside the kit have not been opened;
• packaging and complete set are intact.

6.3. Original handmade art prints, created manually and featuring unique artistic characteristics, are not subject to return under consumer protection laws.

6.4. Return of goods of improper quality is carried out in accordance with Article 20 of the Law “On Consumer Protection.” The Buyer may request an exchange, repair (if applicable), or a refund.

6.5. Detailed conditions for returns and exchanges are provided in the “Consumer Rights” section on the Website.


7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

7.2. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7.3. To request a refund, the Buyer must send a written request to: getko.cyan@gmail.com.


8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller agrees to:

• deliver Goods of proper quality;
• provide accurate information about the Goods;
• meet shipping timelines;
• respond to inquiries within 1–3 business days.

The Buyer agrees to:

• provide accurate information when placing an order;
• pay for the Goods on time;
• receive the Goods at the agreed address;
• read and accept the terms of the Offer before placing an order.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for:
• delays in delivery caused by postal or courier services;
• incorrect information provided by the Buyer;
• unsatisfactory cyanotype results caused by misuse of the kit or failure to follow the instructions.

9.2. The Seller does not provide professional chemical processing services — the kits contain materials, but the final result depends on the Buyer’s environment, conditions, and skill level.


10. Personal Data

10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

10.2. By providing personal data, the Buyer consents to its use solely for order processing.


11. Validity of the Offer

11.1. This Public Offer becomes effective upon its publication on the Website and remains valid until amended or withdrawn by the Seller.

11.2. Amendments come into force upon publication of the updated text on the Website.
