Consumer Rights

I, Katsiaryna Hetko, am registered as a self-employed individual under the Professional Income Tax (NPD) regime and conduct business in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. My activities comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Consumer Protection” No. 90-Z of January 9, 2002.


Return of Goods of Proper Quality

• Consumers have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, unless a longer period is specified.
• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with intact packaging, labels, seals, and overall presentation.
• Returns should be sent to the following address:
Republic of Belarus, 231337, Ivye, Molodyozhnaya St., 25.
• Original handmade art prints, one-of-a-kind items, or products made to individual specifications are not eligible for return, as they are considered artisanal and artistic goods.


Return of Goods of Improper Quality

• If a product is received damaged or with defects, the customer has the right to request a replacement or refund. This right is guaranteed by Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Consumer Protection.”
• To initiate the process, please send photos or videos of the defective item to getko.cyan@gmail.com.
• After reviewing the request, the item may be replaced with an identical one in proper condition, or a full refund may be issued.


Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued to the same bank card that was used for the original payment.
The processing time is 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• To request a refund, please send an email to getkocyan@gmail.com including:
1. a description of the issue,
2. your full name,
3. order number,
4. attached photos or videos of the item.
• Responses to refund-related inquiries are provided within 1–3 business days.
